John P. Reinhart, Chairman
John Reinhart is an accomplished entrepreneur with experience in both private and public companies. He served as President & COO of Advanced Imaging Concepts (AIC) from 1999-2003. AIC was the leader in the development of document imaging and management software technology for the healthcare industry. AIC was sold to Allscripts, where John served as its Executive Vice President until 2006. He was recognized as an Ernst Young Regional Entrepreneur of the year in 2004 and has been a speaker at both national and regional events. He was formerly with the Big Five accounting firm, Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and is a licensed CPA. His community leadership includes sitting on both the Board of Directors of AIIM and Leadership Council for Kentucky Society of CPAs. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in accounting.

Jeffrey D. Amrein
Beginning his career in May of 1989, he created American Micro Systems, Inc. a Louisville based medical networking and service company. In October 1996 he started a new division of AMS, Inc. called Mainlink.net, an Internet services company, which has evolved today into Physinfo.com. Physinfo is a Physician Information and resource web company for the Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee regions. He founded Advanced Imaging Concepts, Inc in September of 1998 and developed IMPACT.MD, an award-winning document scanning and imaging application for hospitals and physician offices. Jeff served as Chief Executive Officer of AIC from 1998 to 2003, when AIC was acquired by Allscripts. He was recognized as Ernst & Young Regional Entrepreneur of the Year for 2004. From 2004 to present he serves as the Executive Vice President of Development for Allscripts, a national leader for Ambulatory software solutions, where he continues to develop software solutions for the Health Care Market. He is a graduate of Murray State University with a B.A. in Computer Science.

Jeffrey T. Reibel, Founder & CEO
Jeff worked with Ernst & Young LLP for 12 years where he obtained diversified sales, accounting, auditing, consulting, management and recruiting experience, through serving clients ranging in size from small entrepreneurial start-up companies to a $40 billion, 160,000 plus employee international conglomerate in Switzerland. Upon his return to the U.S., Jeff specialized in serving high growth entrepreneurial start up companies in the following fields: software, biotechnology, medical device, health services and several .com ventures. Prior to departing E&Y, he substantially completed the audit of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance project for Fortune 1000 client as an external auditor. Jeff next served as the Controller/Principal Accounting Officer for a public company and during that time founded Conexxus. Mr. Reibel has served as the Founder & CEO since inception. Jeff graduated from Bellarmine University with a BA in accounting and is a licensed CPA.
