Jeffrey T. Reibel, Founder & CEO
Jeff worked with Ernst & Young LLP for 12 years where
he obtained diversified sales, accounting, auditing,
consulting, management and recruiting experience, through
serving clients ranging in size from small entrepreneurial
start-up companies to a $40 billion, 160,000 plus employee
international conglomerate in Switzerland. Upon his return
to the U.S., Jeff specialized in serving high growth
entrepreneurial start up companies in the following fields:
software, biotechnology, medical device, health services
and several .com ventures. Prior to departing E&Y, he
substantially completed the audit of the Sarbanes-Oxley
compliance project for Fortune 1000 client as an external
auditor. Jeff next served as the Controller/Principal
Accounting Officer for a public company and during that
time founded Conexxus. Mr. Reibel has served as the Founder
& CEO since inception. Jeff graduated from Bellarmine
University with a BA in accounting and is a licensed CPA.
James S. Orms, President & COO
Jim worked as the VP of Operations and the VP of
Development for Allscripts’ document imaging division. He
was a founding member of AIC, a Louisville based nationally
recognized document imaging company. Mr. Orms worked as the
Chief Information Officer and VP of Operations with AIC,
which was acquired by Allscripts in 2003. While at AIC he
received a regional award for Entrepreneur of the Year from
Ernst and Young. Prior to joining AIC, Jim worked with
Prudential Services as the lead programmer and system
administrator for multiple imaging and workflow
applications and was on the selection committee for new
imaging technology and provided technical support for all
existing imaging end users. Jim also worked with National
City Bank for eight years, where he managed customer
service, research, technical support, and national accounts
support. Jim managed a staff of 100 + including a call
center that received 35,000 calls per month for technical
support and customer service. His client list included
Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, Ford, Chrysler, General Motors
and General Mills. Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in
Finance from the University of Louisville.
Todd R. Metzroth, Senior Software Engineer
Todd worked as a Senior Software Engineer with Allscripts
for over two years where he designed, developed, and
maintained many document retention and workflow management
products . Mr. Metzroth also worked closely with the
support team to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve product
related issues. Prior to joining Allscripts, Todd worked as
Senior Software Engineer with FKI Logistex for six years,
where he was responsible for the design and development of
control and monitoring systems dealing primarily with
airport baggage handling and security system, but also
warehouse, distribution, and sortation systems. Experience
obtained at FKI Logistex included installation, training,
testing, and customer support, as well as, client service
for word-wide conglomerates, such as Toyota, United Parcel
Services, and Delta Airlines. Todd graduated from
University of Louisville Speed Scientific School with a
Bachelors of Engineering in Engineering, Math, and Computer
Sciences.
Stacey Banks, Implementation Manager
Stacey has worked extensively for the last 12 years serving
in various accounting roles, specializing in process
improvement, policies and procedures development,
accountability programs and software upgrade implementation
and training. Stacey has also directed the accounting
functions including; accounts payable, payroll for 1,000
employees, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting
and financial statements. Further, she worked directly with
information technology departments to train employees on
new software installation and upgrades. Mrs. Banks served
as a Plant Controller supervising three staff accountants
and five manufacturing plants. She worked diligently with
executive management to implement policies and procedures
to increase reporting capabilities and management tools to
monitor the production of the five plants and reduce the
monthly close cycle time. In other role, Stacey reduced the
close process from two months to three weeks and decreased
the year end audit from three months to two weeks. As a
public company Controller, Mrs. Banks also obtained
extensive SEC filing related experience and served as the
team leader for the Sarbanes Oxley Act Section 404
implementation and compliance. Stacey attended Kentucky
State University and obtained a degree from the Whitney
Young School of Honors and Liberal Studies and a Bachelors
of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in
Accounting.
David L. Nighswander, Managing Director
Dave Nighswander has a record of accomplishments that
include a work history of achievement, business plan
execution, and organizational leadership, over a 30 year
span in sales and finance. His skill sets provide him
common knowledge and understanding with business owners of
diverse industries. Mr. Nighswander has breadth of
experience beginning in commercial banking, successfully
directing the sales/marketing divisions of two start-up
ventures, and developing his own business consulting
practice. Mr. Nighswander has a keen understanding of
business finance and risk management as they relate to
preparing businesses for market differentiation and
competitive positioning in the twenty-first century. He has
worked closely with client companies to help them identify
opportunities and effective growth for maximum return of
their total business investment. Dave is an efficient
problem-solver, skilled at leading organizations through
change and implementing results-oriented solutions founded
in a common sense approach to challenges. His passion for
the entrepreneur drives him to successfully manage,
evaluate, and optimize value in his business dealings. A
graduate of The University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio with a
B.A. Degree in Humanities and Industrial Relations, he has
become a life-long student, learning throughout his
professional career.
Colleen K. VonderHaar, Marketing Director
Over 10 years marketing experience, paired with expertise
in the development and execution of tactical marketing
plans, Colleen is committed to launching the Conexxus
solutions in the local market and beyond. Serving on
marketing and account management teams in industries
including healthcare technology, financial processing, and
engineering corporations, Colleen will merge a breadth of
industry knowledge with suitable tactics to reach Conexxus
prospects. Colleen was honored to have been profiled in
Louisville Business First’s “Climb” feature. Colleen
obtained a Masters in Business Administration from
Bellarmine University after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in
Communications from the University of Louisville.
